NORTH STAR OWNERS ASSOCIATION

     North Star Mountain, elevation 13,614 ft., is home to North Star Village in Breckenridge, Colorado. Our high alpine neighborhood is located less than a mile from the Hoosier Pass and Park County and steps away from hiking and other outdoor activities. North Star Village is located on private roads situated just below the tree line and is home to breathtaking scenery and diverse wildlife. North Star Village is known for our quiet serenity and seclusion far enough from the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge to avoid the noise and congestion but close to world class skiing at  Breckenridge Ski Resort as well as the dining and family activities that the town has to offer.

     Our community is governed by an HOA which has Covenants, Codes & Restrictions as well as Architectural Guidelines. You may find this information on our Resource page as well as a specific links to North Star Village CCRs.

     Be aware when you visit our community that you will need a vehicle that is well suited for a high alpine environment including a 4WD or AWD vehicle with proper traction (snow tires/chains) as our roads can be snow and ice covered for much of the year. A membership to a towing company is encouraged if your vehicle doesn’t comply.
